The Chesapeake Caesar

When I think of Caesars, I think of clams, and when I think of clams, I think of Chesapeake Bay. This recipe is a variation of the Classic Caesar recipe... with a twist!

1 oz. vodka
2 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
3 dashes of salt and pepper
4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
4 to 6 oz. of Clamato juice

Garnish:
Old Bay Seasoning
1 stalk of celery
1 wedge of lime
1 cooked clam in the shell

Use the wedge of the lime to moisten the rim of the glass. Rim with Old Bay Seasoning. Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir well. Garnish with a wedge of lime and celery stalk. Top with a clam.
