The Bartender's Caesar

Ever notice that when you order a Caesar, it seems to have a kick to it? No matter how many Caesars you make at home, it never tastes quite the same as if you've ordered on in a bar. The secret is horseradish. By adding 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish to your mix, it'll be as if you're sitting at your favourite pub, enjoying your favourite drink.

1 oz. vodka
3 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
3 dashes of salt and pepper
4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of horseradish
4 to 6 oz. of Clamato juice

Garnish:
Rimmer (Celery Salt)
1 stalk of celery
1 wedge of lime

Use the wedge of the lime to moisten the rim of the glass. Rim with celery salt. Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir well. Garnish with a wedge of lime and celery stalk
